New Onomastic Network “O-onoma” Presentation
The Observatório onomástico (O-onoma) [in English: Onomastic Observatory], launched by the end of 2020, is a network of researchers on Onomastics in Brazil that aims at exchange of research findings, cooperation between institutions, drawing up and development of interinstitutional projects.

During this presentation, Márcia Sipavicius Seide Professor of Portuguese Language and Linguistics at Western Paraná State University will announce the call for contributions to III Jornadas Antroponomásticas in November 2021 that will be organised by the Interinstitutional Onomastic Seminar and the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) in the Regional Museum of the State of Querétaro, Mexico.
Organizers are willing to continue to assess, based on current pandemic conditions, whether to take the event online, in-room or to build into planning the possibility of a hybrid approach.
