CfP: 58th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Society for the Study of Names
Dear ICOS members,
Please find attached the call for papers for the 58th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Society for the Study of Names (CSSN) (June 15-16, 2024, McGill University, Canada). The conference will be held in conjunction with the Congress of the Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences (FHSS) of Canada.
The theme of the 2024 FHSS Congress is “Sustaining shared futures” and CSSN’s own theme is “Naming in our World”, but papers on any onomastic or toponymic topic are welcome. Presentations are allotted 20 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes for questions and discussion. Remote presentations are also welcome.
