Release of a new issue of “Rivista Italiana di Onomastica” vol. XXIX (2023)
A new issue of RIOn journal has been released.
Rivista Italiana di Onomastica was founded in 1995 to promote and valorise Italian studies covering all fields of onomastics with particular attention to the areas where linguistic, literary and philological sciences come into contact with other disciplines: history, psychology, sociology, demography, statistics, law, geography and archaeology.
Thanks to a network of around 50 correspondents from all continents, it offers a wide and up-to-date international panorama of onomastic research world.
Each volume is divided into several sections: bibliographical materials (reviews, reports, new releases), events (conferences, congresses, seminars), and news (projects, research, courses, dissertations and theses, new associations, etc.).
